IIM Presence of national level educational institutions IIM and NIT and health institutions such as government medical college and Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS), further enhances the status of the city. Project introduction.
Infrastructures Kerala Ltd (INKEL), established by the Government of Kerala proposes to develop a Hotel Cum Convention Centre in Kozhikode city through investments from private sector. The proposed plot admeasuring 2.43 Acres, is located very close to the beach and near the heart of Kozhikode city, Kerala. The proposed project envisages an investment of Rs. 170 Cr (appx.) and INKEL is interested to participate in the development to some extend.
